We ship through Canada Post.  We use the least expensive shipping rates possible

while still making sure your purchase gets to you in perfect condition.  Each package is

bubble wrap and wrapped again in brown paper.


If you would like to use a priority shipping option, please contact us before you purchase your order so we can adjust your shipping costs and work with you to select the shipping option you would like.

Non-customized orders are ready to ship in 2 to 14 days.  Add this time to the estimated transit time by Canada Post to have an idea of when you will receive your purchase.

We are not able to give you an exact delivery date nor can we promise that your package will arrive by a certain day, as there are no guarantees made bu the postal service.  Keeping this in mind, the 'common' transit times are listed by Canada Post as:

- Domestic orders: 2 to 9 days

- USA orders: 4 to 8 days

- Other International orders: 4 to 10 days

If you would like us to send your purchase direct to a recipient, please contact us before placing your order.  We will work with you to put a custom message with your package before mailing the package on your behalf.

Custom designs will receive an email with a final product photo before mailing.  Once you have confirmed your final design, please allow 1 yo 3 weeks for your order to be ready to ship.  Add this time to the estimated transit time by Canada Post to have an idea of when you will receive your purchase.

We (the Seller) are not responsible for lost packages or delays by Canada Post, incorrect addresses, forwarding address, or seasonal/weather delays.

International Shipping is available.  Any Duty/Customs fess are the responsibility of the buyer.  Additional Customs charges, fees or taxes may be due when you receive your package.  These charges are your responsibility and are decided by the country of your residence.  These charges are NOT included in the price of shipping.  No refunds will be given to over these charges.  The shipping charges you paid at the time of your purchase are those charged to us by Canada Post, not your country of residence.  Often international deliveries are held at the local post office for pickup.  Please be sure to check your local post office if you are waiting on your order.

If you are ordering multiple items, it's possible that you may be overcharged as these is a shipping cost applied to each listed item, and although the Canada Post shipping estimates is good, it's not exact.  If there's ever a case where this happens, I will make sure that you are refunded the differences.

With the current COVID-19 battle we are all facing, shipping times have increased and can not be guaranteed.


We want you to love your purchase and feel good about giving it as a gift.  If for some reason your purchase is damaged in shipping, please let us know so that we can make amends.  Photos are required of the damaged product and packaging.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders due to the labour intensive nature of the work.  However, if there is ever a problem with your order (customized or not), please email us at within 3 days of delivery, and we will try to accommodate you.
